CORA JEWELL

Cora Jewell is a respected Yoga Instructor, Tarot Reader, and Outdoor Guide based in the Grand Valley. Her main goal is to help lead others down the long path of self-discovery. Whether through movement or intuitive coaching, Cora loves providing others with tools to foster their own self-care and healthy lifestyle. She has been teaching Yoga in the area since 2015 and specializes in Restorative and Gentle Yoga as well as working with the Chakra System. During the warmer months you can find her leading a women's circle, Women of the Moon, or guiding all women's backpacking trips!
